FIRST THING AFTER REGISTRATION: You should remember you pledged a certain amount during registration, Then you will notice this notification on your Personal office. It signifies that you have to patiently wait to be merged to redeem your pledge to a participant.

WHEN YOU ARE MERGED: The notification on your PERSONAL OFFICE changes, showing you who you are merged to donate to, and also the preferred bank/contact details of the participant. Note, you always have up to 48 hours to redeem this pledge which the participant will confirm the fund reception after you have clicked on the SEND PAYMENT PROOF button. Failure to donate will lead to you being BANNED from megapay.

AFTER DONATING & ACTIVATION: You will notice a slight change on your personal office. The section outlined as MY REWARD LIST is where you have to check time to time for updates on participants merged to donate to you.

WHEN THERE ARE MERGED PARTICIPANTS: Always check merging history to know the participants who has consented to make donations to you. You can also contact the ones who might not be alerted if you wish to by checking their contact details on your REWARD LIST.

WHEN THEY HAVE FULFILLED THERE PLEDGES TO YOU: After a participant has successfully made his/her donation to you and sent his/her payment proof, you will see the notification in your merging history indicating the participant's username, you can then proceed to ACTIVATE PARTICIPANT ,select his/her username and click on activate.
